It arrives in Outlook, gets read in Word, and ends up in SharePoint. What is missing is the bit in between: who is reviewing it, against what standard, and where the decision was recorded.
How it works

Race-safe: the channel card collapses to “claimed by”, and the full briefing goes to the reviewer privately.
The decision is tracked in Teams
Approve, reject or return from the card, recorded with who, when, and against which version. The marked-up copy is always ready as a docx.
Contracts are still edited in Word. What AeroSpark replaces is everything around the document: the chasing, the “where is this?”, the triage and the decision that would otherwise sit in a chat thread, and the filing of the document in the correct SharePoint folder.
No commands to learn
You type what you want, or skip that entirely and drop a file into the chat. Everything after that is cards and buttons.
That matters more than it sounds: the people who most need to submit a contract are usually the least willing to learn a tool for it.

It files into your SharePoint
All document versions, including approved and signed documents are written into the folder you nominate, organized by counterparty and document type. The contract ends up where your company already keeps contracts, not locked inside another vendor's system. Google Drive works the same way if you use both.

Setting it up
Install the app and type setup. A card-based wizard covers the review channel, your policy, storage and e-signature.
Two things to know
At least one person must hold the Legal role, so they can see review buttons. Everything else is optional and can be added later.
Your tenant administrator grants consent once, the first time AeroSpark is installed. We can walk you through it.
Common questions
Yes, once. A Microsoft 365 administrator grants consent the first time your tenant connects; Microsoft requires this of any Teams app that reads and posts on your behalf, so it is not specific to AeroSpark. After that, anyone with the right role can use it.
No. Teams has no slash commands. You message the bot in plain words (submit, admin, track, setup), or drop a file straight into the chat with it.
