Forward the contract. That is the whole interface.

Send a contract to your workspace's AeroSpark address and it enters the same review queue as everything else. No app to install, no command to learn.

Most contracts arrive by email, and then sit there.

Every AeroSpark workspace gets its own submission address: forward the email with the attached file, done. From Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, or a phone on a train.

How it works

Email launches the process
01

Find your address

Shown in the AeroSpark home tab in Slack and the personal tab in Teams. Every workspace has its own.

02

Forward the contract

With the file attached. Address it directly or forward to it; both work.

03

AeroSpark reads it

Document type, key terms, policy check, and AI redlines for a negotiation draft.

04

The review card appears

In your legal channel, exactly as if it had been submitted from Slack or Teams.

05

You get a reply

Confirming it was received, or explaining clearly if something was wrong with the file.

Adoption

Why this matters more than it sounds

The hardest part of any legal-ops rollout is the people who touch contracts occasionally. They will not install an app for something they do four times a year, and asking them to is how a process quietly stops being followed.

Email is the one interface nobody has to be taught. A contract forwarded from a phone lands in exactly the same pipeline as one submitted with a slash command.

Good to know

Understanding some of the edge cases.

Password-protected PDFs A password-protected PDF is rejected, and the reply tells you so rather than failing silently.
Attributed to you Send from an address AeroSpark recognizes and the submission carries your name.
Mail never vanishes Mistype the address and the sender gets a reply saying so.
