Integration · Google Drive

Your contracts, filed into your own Shared Drive.

Approved and signed contracts are organised by counterparty and document type, automatically, at the moment of approval.

A contract-review tool that keeps your contracts is a tool you can never leave.

AeroSpark writes the finished document into your Google Drive, in the folder you nominate, so the durable copy lives where your company already keeps records.

What gets filed

every version, not just the last one
01

As submitted

The document exactly as it arrived.

02

AI-marked-up

If one was produced for a negotiation draft.

03

The approved final

The version a person actually signed off.

04

The executed copy

Added once it is signed, so the folder matches reality.

Access model

Read access is as wide as what you share. Write access is narrow.

AeroSpark connects to a Shared Drive using a service account provisioned for your tenant alone. Three properties worth understanding.
Read

It can read what you share with it

Within a Shared Drive it has been added to, the service account can list and read files, including ones it did not create. That is deliberate: importing your existing contracts means reading them.

Write

It can only change its own files

Writes are app-scoped. AeroSpark can create new files and update the ones it created. It cannot modify, overwrite or delete anything that was already there.

Revoke

Its reach is bounded by membership

Remove it from the Shared Drive and access ends immediately: no tokens to revoke, no lingering session.

If you would rather AeroSpark not see a set of documents, keep them in a different Shared Drive. This is a Shared Drive integration specifically; personal “My Drive” folders are not supported, because the access model above cannot be enforced there. Data handling detail →

Setting it up

Generate a service account address for your workspace from within the AeroSpark settings. Add that service account to your Google Drive. Paste the Shared Drive's URL back in AeroSpark and the connection is verified. Nothing else changes about how anyone submits or reviews contracts; the filing simply starts happening.
